Hi!

There has been so much going on in my life since the last newsletter! My son came home from college and my husband and I have been enjoying having him around again. My elderly mom took a bad fall has needed a lot of looking after. My grandbaby had a health issue that worried us all. In the midst of this I have been dealing with inner changes on a deep level, leading to more personal responsibility and wonderful empowered new choices-->spiritual evolution! And summer arrived in South Florida with a bang--it's HOT! So I get out for my daily walks earlier when it a bit cooler, and hey, sweating means detox and that's a GOOD thing!

Mom is healing and recovering with the help of a wonderful new doctor, and grandbaby is doing fine. Thank goodness for modern medicine! I am gently moving toward some changes I've been circling around for some time now personally and in my evolving business. I'm so happy and grateful to have a strong connection to my inner guidance, a firmly grounded spiritual practice of over 38 years, and health, well-being and energy to live the life I love so much!

Is everything perfect? Don't be silly! Of course not. But my spiritual path has taken me to a very empowered place of knowing I am at choice at all times, and knowing what kinds of choices to make to keep my vibration and my experience higher and lighter. And that, my dears is the heart and soul of my work...but, more about that in a minute.

The Evolution of Everyday Joy Coaching: ONENESS

Some of you have been asking me recently, so what is it exactly that you do? Are you a spiritual coach? Are you a business mentor? I know that the evolving 'shape' of Everyday Joy Coaching has shifted quite a lot during the past year so I'd like to answer those questions.

I have been a therapist and spiritual coach for over 30 years. From the very beginning of my career, I have offered spiritual direction to my clients since that was what made the most difference in healing and thriving in my own life. Most recently, I have focused a lot of time and energy on the Soul to Soul Marketing Program for heart-centered entrepreneurs who want to thrive more successfully in their businesses. My own desire to grow my business and the resulting success I've enjoyed led me to this. I love this work of helping gifted spiritual entrepreneurs to help more people and make more money. I truly do, and I will keep on doing it with JOY!

And at the same time, the highest purpose of my work is found in the kind of session I had this morning with a dear client who is on a conscious, spiritually-evolving path, and is a songwriter and an interpreter for the deaf. The work we did today has many facets: thought transformation, self acceptance, compassion, detachment, raising vibrational frequency, relationship boundaries, joy, love, peace, and so much more. The overarching purpose of the work is the evolution of her soul. We both agree on this. AND she is a songwriter who is taking her business online, and I support her in this business in a variety of ways. What we both also know is that her work is not separate from her life and her spiritual path. Neither is mine or yours. It's all woven into one beautifully textured, vibrantly colorful fabric. The awareness of ONENESS is the key.

And the promise of Everyday Joy Coaching is that you will receive the witnessing, validation, support, intuitive wisdom and practical guidance for the WHOLE of your life--personal and professional, that will help you to progress in your soul's evolution toward more Joy, Peace, Radiance and Abundance.

Again, it's all integrated and overlapping since one is not truly separate from the other.

Priceless Resource for Your Life and Your Business

It's free, it's unlimited, it's available, it's yours. What is it? Your Inner Guidance. If you're not accessing your own inner guidance regularly to help you make decisions and choices in life and in business, you're missing out on something priceless. You see, no matter what you may think, you do have access to the most amazing bank of wisdom and knowledge, encouragement and clarity in the Universe.

You know those times that you're stymied about what program to work on creating for your clients? Or what route to take for your walk? Or even when to turn the TV on? Those and hundreds of other moments of choice arise every day giving you options. And every moment of choice is an empowered moment. I used those last two examples because just in the past few days, my guidance has led me to decide about the walk and the TV and I've had valuable experiences I wouldn't have had otherwise by following it--experiences that were meaningful and timely. I think you know what I mean.

You could let your left brain/conscious mind lead the way as we've all been trained to do in Western culture. Or you could tap into your connection to Spirit, Source, your own heart and soul, access what is offered and allow yourself to be intuitively led. It's up to you.

Now it's true that you may need some simple training to teach you how to access this natural resource, but that's the easy part. I can teach you that, and so can a bunch of other coaches and spiritual teachers. You will learn to recognize if you get your wisdom and information through hearing, sight, feelings or just knowing. I get messages through all of those channels at various times. The challenge is to make it a habit to ask, tune in and heed the guidance. And perhaps you may even need encouragement to listen and trust enough to heed and act on what you access, but you can learn how to do this.

If you already are tuned in, then take it to another level of listening and trusting. And if you want to be, then find someone to teach you how. From the most simple 'turn left, turn right' message, to channeling priceless wisdom, it is my firm knowing that we all can do this if we want to.

So the next time you're faced with a decision or choice, ask, tune in, and get the message. This will lend a richness to your life and tap into the mystery so beautifully you'll be stunned!
