WELCOME:

Hi there!

It’s March, we just celebrated my mom’s 89th birthday—what a blessing! And a week before that, my grandson had his 3rd birthday. How I love seeing those two together enjoying each other’s company. Soon we’ll be having a baby shower for my daughter who’s expecting a little girl the middle of April. My life is rich with blessings!

And spring is in the air here in South Florida. The fragrance of spring literally in the air evokes so many sweet memories of other springtimes for me and the accompanying emotion is equally sweet. This smell is an Everyday Joy trigger for me every single time. I love it! Love the smile it puts on my face. Even when the temps are dipping into the 30’s like they are tonight!!

Since I last wrote to you, my hard drive has crashed—twice—and Dell finally agreed to send me a new laptop. It’ll be their latest and greatest and I don’t have it yet, but am looking forward to getting it soon. In the meantime, the thing that saved me from a major freak-out was that www.mozy.com backs up all of my files twice a day to their server for less than $5 a day. What peace of mind! And what I loved observing about all this was that this crash did not become an excuse. It actually became a challenge about how to keep my high, enthusiastic, committed energy going. My husband brought his PC into my office and while I don’t have ALL my files since I’m waiting for that state of the art laptop, I’m working on my projects full steam ahead. Didn’t miss a beat.

WHAT'S NEW:

My husband and I spent three days last month at Suzanne Evans’s live event, Be The Change. What a blast we had! Besides the way that Suzanne over-delivers on content and energy, we met so many great people, had our own powerful ‘AHA’ moments, experienced the intriguing work of David Neagle, and came away inspired, energized and ready for new things. What fun! I’ve been having wonderful phone conversations with many of the entrepreneurs I met there—we’re eager to support each other. I’ll continue sharing with all of you the tips and wisdom I brought away from that conference and the new ways you can inject more life into your conscious business.

And here’s the main thing, I thought I was moving along well in my business before this conference, but I can tell you that I’m playing much bigger now! Raising consciousness and energy by being around successful, passionate people has stimulated me to raise the bar for myself. You’ll see what that means in the coming months!

My work environment has been totally refreshed. My office has a new coat of paint and one wall is the deep, rich purple I’ve wanted—the others are a rich, creamy ivory. Clutter’s been cleared. Art work switched around. The space looks gorgeous and feels so good now! And I feel so supported energetically with what my intentions are. If you’re experiencing stuckness in your business or your life, try refreshing the physical space you spend time in and see what kind of effect that has. It’s a message to your Higher Self that you want to honor and respect the path it is calling you to.

The Soul to Soul Marketing Mastery Program Level 2-Advanced has become such an exciting class for the participants and for me too! The beautiful thing is that along with the very practical knowledge and information I teach them about marketing their businesses, we focus on the deeper transformational work of releasing the energy around the places where they are stuck and not moving forward to grow their businesses. They bring their vulnerable, fearful places to the table and I am able to work with them energetically to shift, clear and establish new patterns. It’s such meaningful work and the results are awesome!

My assistant and I are working on creating the home study version of my Soul to Soul Marketing Program. Lots of you have requested it, so now it’s in the works. For a while now, I’ve wanted to offer you a more affordable way to experience this program and apply the principles and practices to grow, expand and thrive in your conscious business authentically as a coach, healer, or spiritual-preneur. Getting Supported & Having Your Feet Held To The Fire

There are a number of elements that you must incorporate into your life in order to create a strong, service-oriented, profitable business. One of those is mentoring or coaching. There may be times that you feel like a Lone Ranger and think you can do it, figure it out, make it happen alone, but something important gets lost in that solitary process.

We all have blind spots and have trouble in certain areas. For instance, one person may get distracted and off-task as a way to avoid the pressure of perfectionism. Another might take on too many things at once and end up in overwhelm and come to a grinding halt. Yet another could be flowing along but be working on something that ultimately is not what her market really wants to buy from her. Get the picture?

Hiring a coach or mentor to support you, and when necessary hold your feet to the fire, will get you from where you are in your business (or life) to where you want to be more quickly, efficiently and effectively. This other person with caring eyes, ears, heart, and mind that is committed to witnessing you, affirming your intentions, offering intuitive wisdom, and bringing new, helpful information to your process is priceless. As my coach says, ‘You have to do it by yourself, but you can’t do it alone.’

Besides the support and accountability, there’s the whole issue of not having to re-invent the wheel yourself with every challenge. My business life changes the most with two major decisions: deciding to attract a team of tech people to help me build what I wanted to offer, and deciding to hire an awesome coach for myself. The radical shifts that took place with these decisions were totally amazing and catapulted my forward in my business growth.

The time, stress, spinning of wheels, and general frustration you will save yourself by being supported by a coach is practically immeasurable, so do yourself the favor, give yourself the gift of a coach and experience that radical difference.

A recent coaching session with a client resulted in her gaining clarity about what kind of work to do now, what direction to take that work, what people to serve, how much to charge, and what her 90 day money goal is. Not bad for thirty minutes of her time!

I am not using others’ sales copy when I mail for them. Just writing from the heart in my own voice and being myself. Guess what? I made over $400 in affiliate commissions last week when I mailed.
